This can be Social Care Professionals, Health Professionals, Families, Advocates, Volunteers, Day Resources etc. We are proud and confident to say that we are good communicators who believe in Transparency. All those that we support are given the best opportunities to enhance the quality of their lives. Part of our Duty of Care is to ensure that the individuals that we support are given appropriate opportunities to have the necessary parties involved in their lives, to ensure their needs are met.
We aim to use the same resources / people as much as is permittable as we believe that familiarity is the key to get the best outcomes for individuals. We therefore try and use local community resources, which enable everyone to be able to make easier access and with progression, this can lead some to gain the resources independently.
