Real People Ltd are dedicated in promoting employment opportunities for people with a learning disability. We aim to support the development of the required skills, enabling independence.
We work with outside professionals and employment agencies to find appropriate placements either paid or voluntary. The placements will be regularly reviewed and monitored to ensure suitability, interest and motivation is maintained. This will be individually skilled managed giving the employee equal opportunity to invest in their own future. The community support hours that are provided can be used as a temporary or permanent situation to ensure the health and safety of the individual is always paramount.
